My name is Kristen, and I am a systems thinker with a deep interest in physiology that explains the drivers of lifestyle-related chronic illness.

I’m a circadian rhythm specialist and lifestyle medicine educator. This Substack is where I publish my research. Long-form, properly referenced, written so it’s accessible without being dumbed down.

With an MSc in Integrative Health, Harvard certification in Higher Education, and board certification as a Lifestyle Medicine Professional, I educate clinics, groups, and individuals about how circadian disruption connects to chronic disease. I am a speaker and published researcher on circadian rhythms, and my practice is based on the six tenets of lifestyle medicine: restorative sleep, whole-food and plant-based nutrition, stress management, restriction of harmful substances, physical activity, and social connection.
